I love this simple, refined-sugar free jam that you can make with 3 ingredients. Naturally sweet with so much flavor, it's perfect on toast or even in homemade poptarts.

DirectionsPlace 3 cups of frozen strawberries in saucepan over medium/high heat. Continue to stir and mash the berries for about 10 minutes until texture becomes jammy. Reduce heat to simmer for about 5 minutes.
Stir in ¼ c maple syrup (you can do ⅓ c if you prefer it sweeter).
Add in a squeeze of lemon juice and stir. Taste for preference.
Take saucepan off of heat and let cool for 30 minutes.
Transfer to airtight mason jar and refrigerate. It will be good in the fridge for 3-4 weeks.
